The Nourish Index™ · Index 01
Ninety seconds
to change how
the next year feels.
This is the first version of The Nourish Index™ — free, and yours in about the time it takes to make coffee. A handful of questions across body, mind and life, and an honest reading of where you actually are today. No symptom checklist, no score out of a hundred.
This is not a medical or psychological assessment and it diagnoses nothing. It is a short structured reflection, and it establishes the baseline that the full twelve-part Nourish Index™ is built on.

One thing before we go on
What you have just told us is something we take seriously, and it is work Evangeline does — disordered eating and a difficult relationship with food sit squarely within a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist’s training, and she has carried clinical caseloads on both the nutrition and the mental health side.
It is also work that should never be done alone. Where eating is genuinely distressing, the right shape is a small team: nutrition here, therapy through the licensed clinical practice we work alongside, and your own physician on the medical side.
VŌRARE is not medical care. We do not diagnose, and a short set of questions cannot tell how serious something is. What we can do is have an honest conversation and help you build the right team around it.
Which of these is closest?
The clinical side
Two practices,
one conversation.
VŌRARE provides nutrition counseling, life coaching and holistic health coaching. It does not provide psychotherapy, and nothing clinical is booked, paid for or recorded here.
Where therapy is the right answer, Evangeline refers into a separate California clinical practice, where she sees clients under licensed clinical supervision. That practice holds its own consent, records, supervision and insurance — deliberately separate from this one.
In practice it means one person who understands both halves of what is going on, and two properly separated places for the work to happen.
Not this room
The honest answer
is somewhere else.
A short set of questions is the wrong instrument for what you are describing, and we would rather say so than take you through it.
For eating-related distress, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders runs a clinician-staffed helpline. For mental health support in the US, call or text 988. Your physician is also a reasonable first call, and can refer you to a licensed clinician.
If nutrition support alongside clinical care is what you want, write to us directly and say so — we work in coordination with clinicians regularly.

Where we would start
How we would actually do this
Because of what you told us earlier, the recommendation above is a starting point rather than a plan. Work like this runs best as a small team — nutrition with Evangeline, therapy through the separate clinical practice if you want it, and your physician kept in the loop on anything medical.
The first step is a conversation, not a purchase. Nothing gets booked until we both understand the shape of it.
To your next better.
Fifteen free minutes with Evangeline. No charge, no pitch, no obligation — and nothing is booked or bought on that call.

Please don’t include medical details here. Anything clinical is collected securely once we are working together.
